1. Head Office Building Annex —Craftsmen’s Base—

In July 2016, we completed our head office building as part of our project to construct a large-scale dock. The building has received accolades for its comfortable facilities for employees as well as clients, such as office space designed for ease of work, conference rooms and superintendent’s offices of various sizes, and a café with a garden terrace.
Completed in December 2018, the head office building annex —Craftsmen’s Base— was constructed to further improve our work environment.
The centerpiece of the building is Sanwa Diner, a cafeteria for everyone working on our premises from employees and subcontractors to ship’s crewmen and service engineers. The building also has a relaxation space and napping area in order to improve work performance.
In addition, we placed the service engineers’ dressing room/office space next to the foremen’s office in order to facilitate communication between them.
